Shipping & Handling

All online orders are processed and sent next business day. If you require expedited delivery please email us at prior to placing your order.

All International orders are automatically sent via DHL Express.



All orders are shipped via courier with our partner Shippit. Shipping is free for all orders within Australia.

Packages are sent via courier service and therefore are unable to be delivered to Australia Post parcel lockers or P.O. boxes.

Signature on delivery is required. If you are not home for delivery, you will be left a redelivery slip to arrange a suitable time or, in some instances your parcel may be left with one of Shippit’s pick up locations. (Generally these will be a nearby Newsagency where your parcel will be stored safely and released upon I.D. being shown).

Rest of the world

All orders are shipped via our international shipping parter, DHL. Our international shipping is a flat rate of $25 for all orders.

Please note: Orders shipped internationally may incur additional fee’s & duties. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed rest solely with the customer.

Should the customer refuse to pay applicable duties & taxes applied by customs, the responsibility lies with the customer to arrange for the order to be returned in order to receive a refund.

If the customer refuses to accept the delivery from DHL and LAPP Fragrances is charged for return of the parcel, the return shipping amount will be deducted from the customers refund.
